China/西门子(中国)有限公司 工作性质：全职 Job ID: TPMT12912 Job Family: Manufacturing Location: WUXI Organization: Infrastructure & Cities Division/Department: IC LMV Mode of Employment: Full time only For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a Welding Specilist 焊接工程师. What are my responsibilities? This function is responsible for welding quality and improvement. 1. Be responsible for preparing technological documentation on welding and ensure the accuracy, complete and timely so as to provide effective guidance for the production. 2. Take charge of the design of welding fixture and ensure to meet requirements of welding technology. 3. Be responsible for providing technical support, technical service and continuous improvement on welding in the course of production, and solve welding technological problems in time during production to ensure the normal running of production and the manufacture quality of products. 4. Be responsible for technological improvement of welding and the examination, research and promotion of new technology to improve the product quality and reduce the cost. 5. Urge and check that the execution status of manufacture department should be in accordance with the technological documentations to ensure efficient implementation of the welding technological documentations. 6. Take charge of optimizing welding technology, improving welding quality and reducing the cost. 7. Act the role as "interface" to Frankfurt and Berlin, in terms of welding technology benchmark and improvement. 8. Conduct capacity planning for welding, initiate investment or improvement to meet customer requirement. What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in welding and with at least 5 years working experience related to welding 2. Be familiar with laws and standards related to welding. Qualification of International Welding Engineer is preferred. 3. Strong leadership, teamwork manner, coordination & communication skill 4. Preferred working experience in foreign company, working experience in GIS plants is a plus.
